At MTA our approach to social-change is inclusive and collaborative, stressing the proactive sharing of knowledge and removal of barriers to participation. We operate several programs to increase college admissions, retention and graduation rates of underrepresented groups.
In line with national priorities, we are directing most efforts to outreach to Arab and Haredi (ultra-orthodox) communities, two populations historically excluded from Israeli public sphere, and whose integration requires comprehensive material, social and cultural support, and systemic change that will reflect and be inclusive of each community's culture and heritage.
Furthermore, our social programs run through collaborations with local initiatives, as we partner with diverse stakeholders in the community - public institutions, civil society associations, businesses and individuals and strengthen multi-party cooperations.
