Conference policy - Payments and refunds

Payments
All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional.
Cancellation by registrant
In case you need to cancel your registration, you may nominate an alternative person to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:
Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control
In case the conference is abbreviated or cancelled because of circumstances beyond the organizers control (including, but not limited to: civil disturbance, earthquake, electrical outage, explosion, fire, freight embargo, ash clouds, strike or labor unrest, flood, hurricane, tornado or other acts of God, an act of war, terrorism, or the act of any government or any government agency or official) the organizers reserve the right to cancel the congress. In these circumstances, the registrant expressly agrees to waive any claim the participant may have against the course director and/or congress organization, including, but not limited to, those for fees paid by, or on behalf of the participant's registration, workshops, satellites events, housing, travel, audio-visual services, food and beverages and all other services agreed and paid.
Alterations to Program - Cancellation/Postponement of Event
We reserve the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings. In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled due to circumstances not beyond our control, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate.
In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organizers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in "cancellation by registrant" above.
Jurisdiction:
The provisions of these regulations shall apply to the laws of the State of Israel. The jurisdiction shall be vested in courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa area.
