כלכלה וניהול תואר ראשון

    בשנת 2002 קיבלה את הדוקטורט שלה בכלכלה מאוניברסיטת בר־אילן, ומשנת 2004 היא חברה בסגל בית הספר לניהול וכלכלה שבמכללה.

    ד"ר כתב-הרץ היא ראשת התוכנית לתואר ראשון בכלכלה וניהול משנת 2013, היא חוקרת את תחומי הכלכלה ההתנהגותית, הגירה, כלכלת עבודה ותקני עבודה, תרבות וכלכלה, כלכלת אוכלוסין, כלכלת משפחה וכלכלה ניסויית. במחקרה היא חוקרת כיצד משפיעות נורמות חברתיות והתנהגות של אחרים על החלטות של יחידות כלכליות במדינות מתפתחות, למשל, הורים שמחליטים על הזמן שיקצו ילדיהם לעבודה וללימודים והחלטות של פרטים באשר ללקיחת הלוואה.

    ד"ר שירית כתב-הרץ חברה ב-IAREP, האגודה הבין־לאומית למחקר בכלכלה ובפסיכולוגיה, וב-GLO, ארגון העבודה העולמי.
