ד"ר רחל כאליפא

    ד"ר רחל אזוראל כאליפא קיבלה את הדוקטורט מהפקולטה לניהול ע"ש גילפורד גלייזר באוניברסיטת בן גוריון בנגב בשנת 2013. רחל המשיכה ללימודי פוסט דוקטורט- ב-Yeshiva University, ניו-יורק ואף לימדה כמרצה אורחת ( Visiting Professor) בתחום המימון במשך ארבע שנים. רחל הצטרפה לאקדמית ת"א יפו בשנת 2017. רחל הינה ראש מסלול שוק ההון בתואר הראשון וראש מסלול אסטרטגיה, יזמות וחדשנות בתואר השני בביה"ס לניהול וכלכלה. כמו כן רחל הינה ראש מכון RISE Impact Research Institute of Society and Economics.

    רחל זכתה בשלושה מענקי מחקר משמעותיים מקרן אדמונד דה רוטשילד:

    1. מענק לביצוע מחקר בתחום מיזוגים בחברה האזרחית
    2. מענק להקמת מכון אימפקט וקבלת מימון משלים ע"י המכללה
    3. מענק לפיתוח קורס א-סינכרוני בתחום האימפקט בשיתוף התעשייה ואוניברסיטה מחו"ל

    רחל הינה חברת ועד מנהל באגודה הישראלית למימון התנהגותי behavioralconfrence.mta.ac.il

    מימון תאגידי: מיזוגים ורכישות (גורמי הצלחה והשפעות חשבונאיות ופיננסיות).
    המגזר השלישי: מיזוגים, השפעה מגדרית על שכר מנכ"לים.
    תאגידים עירוניים: חברות כלכליות ברשויות ערביות, שותפות בין גוף ציבורי (רשות מקומית) לגוף ציבורי אחר ( PPP).
    קיימות: מימון בר קיימא, השקעות אימפקט וביצוע בר קיימא בארגונים (פרטי וציבורי).

    מימון: קורסי מבוא במימון וקורסים מתקדמים הכוללים מכשירים פיננסיים נגזרים.
