    ד"ר מאור כלפון חכמיגרי היא מרצה בסגל התוכנית לתואר השני בפסיכולוגיה תעסוקתית בבית הספר למדעי ההתנהגות. היא קיבלה את הדוקטורט שלה מבית הספר לפסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטת בר אילן בשנת 2019 אשר עסק באיזון של קריירה ומשפחה בקרב צעירים בתקופת הבגרות המתהווה. בהמשך לכך, תחומי המחקר שלה כיום עוסקים בשילוב שבין עבודה לתפקידי חיים נוספים, ובתפקיד העשייה המקצועית של האדם בגיבוש זהותו האישית והקשר למערכות היחסים המשמעותיות בחייו.
    מאור היא פסיכולוגית תעסוקתית מומחית בתחום הטיפול התעסוקתי ובעלת קליניקה פרטית. בנוסף, מלווה תהליכי ייעוץ תעסוקתי שיקומיים ומדריכה פסיכולוגים מתמחים בתחום. ברקע המקצועי היא בעלת ניסיון רב שנים בתחום המיון והאבחון הפסיכולוגי התעסוקתי ומלווה תהליכי אבחון לדרגים בכירים בארגונים

    שילוב בין עבודה ותפקידי חיים נוספים, קריירה לאחר מעבר להורות, תפקידו של בן הזוג הרומנטי בעיצוב הזהות התעסוקתית של הפרט וסוגיות הנוגעות לטיפול תעסוקתי כגון שחיקה בעבודה ואבל בעקבות אובדן עבודה.
