ראש התכנית לתואר שני במנהל עסקים | ראש היחידה לבינלאומיות של המכללה

    בעלת תואר שני במנהל עסקים (MBA) ודוקטורט מהפקולטה לניהול שבאוניברסיטת תל־אביב. מאז הצטרפותה לאקדמית כיהנה כראש רשות המחקר של המכללה, הקימה את היחידה לבינלאומיות ועומדת בראשה. בשנת 2024 התמנתה לראש התכנית לתואר שני במנהל עסקים ודיקנית בית הספר ניהול וכלכלה.

    מחקריה מתמקדים בניהול אימפקט, אסטרטגיה, ניהול פרויקטים, חדשנות ויזמות. השתתפה בפרויקטים בינלאומיים וזכתה בהובלת מענקי Tempus ו- Erasmus Plus במימון האיחוד האירופי לקידום ההשכלה הגבוהה בישראל, ביניהם פרויקט IN2IT (Internationalization by Innovative Technologies) ו- IFI
    (Innovative Finance Inclusion in Academia and Field). בעלת ניסיון מעשי רחב בניהול אסטרטגיה, מיזמים ופרויקטים במגוון תחומים בחברות ציבוריות וסטרטאפים. חברה בפורום המומחים להשכלה גבוהה (HERE), בצוות Academic Insight Team של PMI (Project Management Institute), בדירקטוריון הפורום הישראלי לקידום כלכלת אימפקט (IFIE), ובתכנית COST של האיחוד האירופי לשיתוף פעולה במדע וטכנולוגיה.
