האקדמית ת"א יפו > ד"ר רוני איל-לובלינג
ד"ר איל-לובלינג היא עובדת סוציאלית וסוציולוגית. הדוקטורט שלה הוא מאוניברסיטת בר-אילן בהנחיית פרופ' אורלי בנימין. תחום מחקרה המרכזי של ד"ר איל-לובלינג הוא לימודי צעירוּת (Youth Studies) והיא מתעניינת במיוחד בהצטלבות שבין תקופת הצעירוּת לבין מצבי סיכון וטראומה, יחסים בין דוריים והשתתפות בשוק העבודה.
בין השנים 2022-2023 היא הייתה בפוסט-דוקטורט באוניברסיטת סאסקס באנגליה, שם חקרה עבודה מודעת טראומה בשירותי הרווחה לבני נוער שחוו סיכון ופגיעה מחוץ למשפחה.
ד"ר איל-לובלינג עומדת בראש מסלול 'מעברים בצעירוּת' בתואר השני ללימודי צעירוּת במכללה האקדמית תל-אביב יפו והיא גם המקימה והיו"ר של קהילת לימודי צעירוּת במכללה.
במקביל לעשייתה האקדמית, הקימה ד"ר איל-לובלינג בשיתוף עם ד"ר מיכל קומם את מרכז רותם לפרקטיקה ומחקר עם ולמען נערות וצעירות שפעל במכללה האקדמית ספיר והיא פועלת כיועצת עצמאית לארגונים וקרנות שתחום עשייתם הוא קידום חייהם של צעירות וצעירים.
